Orders are sent via Sendle or Australia Post, parcels will be marked with AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (at your premises in a safe place).
We will not be held responsible for lost mail, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, delayed or damaged items in transit once they have left us.
Returned to sender items will incur additional re-postage costs.
Postage costs are NOT refundable.

CUSTOMS DUTIES / TAXES
Import taxes and duties related to international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
PROCESSING AND TURNAROUND TIMES
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order, excluding any personalised items which could require up to 5 days.
Please note that all turnaround times are approximate only and do not take into consideration holiday periods, and production delays.
To get your items to you as fast as possible, we are now posting most of our items from our overseas fulfilment centre. Any Australian brands that we stock, and our own brand will still be posted to you from our Perth warehouse. This may mean that you will end up receiving multiple packages from us depending on what you have ordered.
Delivery takes between 8-14 days after processing time for items sent directly from our overseas fulfilment centre. For items sent locally from Perth, delivery generally takes between 3-7 days depending on your location to us.
ART - Please allow approximately a 7-10 day dispatch time for all art prints.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental overspending. However, we can issue you with a credit note to use at a later date.
Yes we will happily provide exchanges, provided:
You send the items back to us within 14 days of purchase, and the items are in new condition, unworn and can be resold with the tags still attached.
If your item is faulty and you provide photos to us, we can either refund or replace the item for you. All exchanges will be issued in the form of a credit note, less postage costs. Please contact us before you send anything back.
