I'm trying to login to my device from my browser, using 10.0.0.1 in the browser URL, admin as the user name, and either the printed password on the bottom of the device, or my wifi password, or my xfinity password, but nothing works. WebI posted a detail I forgot, but too late I guess. Their modem is in bridge mode, but it won't give my router a public ip when it's plugged in. Someone from Comcast looked up our package and confirmed we don't technically need their modem, but because it's a "managed community" we aren't allowed to ad our own modem.
