I did find some troubleshooting steps by Feit that should help: "Feit Electric WiFi bulb(s) only support 2.4GHz WiFi networks. So if you’re trying to connect bulb(s) to WiFi with the Feit Electric app, make sure you are not connected to your homes 5GHz network.

Not sure if the MR series supports wpa3 but I've found a few smart devices that struggle with it.
