WebIt came with a sd card and when booting on a blue light appears for a flash second then turns off. I took out the 3dsx file too see a difference and it turns on but with no screen or audio. I then take other files out the 3ds folder (which contained ctr-no-timeoffset.3dsx and FBI.3dsx) and now it powers on to the bootscreen.
