Because when I forward the email with the attachments to Gmail, I can open them and download them. I am using the exact same browser, and I didn't clear anything or do anything else. I just opened a new tab and went to my Gmail.

If you're testing code that uses fetch (your fetcher does), you need to polyfill that function always.
