On the deeper end it also seem to be pushing down on the supports into the grass about 2 inches into the ground which could be the cause of the big offset.

Secondly they are not meant to be stretched in so working the liner into place from inside the pool will usually cause unwanted footprints. When the water is out of the pool you should be able to straighten the wall. Do this before you try installing the liner again.
