WebDec 12, 2024 · The Bixler 2 has a 1300kv motor, so I guess the 1400 is their upgrade for the Bix3/Bixler 3. The Bix3 description also stated it had the enlarged canopy, so it seems they're just carrying over the description from the Bix3 to the Bixler 3. I assume they just wanted to change the name back to Bixler so people could find it easier, thus more sales. WebJan 21, 2015 · An added benefit of a large, high pitch prop is lower noise. This is an area, where the Bix 3 greatly differs from it's predecessors. Edit: the SK3 2836mm 1040kv motor is a very nice motor, but it's slighly overkill for a 8x3.8 prop. A ligther SK3 2822 or 2826mm motor could do that. Those are, however, too short for the Bix 3's motor pod. fish in the bag
